This housing development comprising of over 200 apartments including Internal communal amenity spaces with reception and gym. The team of MEP Engineers produced coordinated models of HVAC systems, Electrical systems, Plant room and Electrical room. We worked with the design team and produced RFIs highlighting issues which wouldn’t be spotted until construction started on site. This contributed to the on time delivery of the project without any cost overrun. We also made all COBie parameters available in the mode.

This new 70,000 ft2 integrated care center include GP, mental Health, community and dentistry services under one roof.

BIM Outsourcing delivered MEP BIM model to RIBA stage 5. The team of 7 Engineers produced spatially coordinated models of HVAC systems, Electrical systems, Plant rooms and Electrical room. Also produced detailed 2D drawings in PDF and DWG format, showing the annotations, dimensions and tagging details. We worked closely with the M&E consultants and contractors for clash resolution among various services and coordination. All COBie required parameters are made available and extension sheet is linked in the model. Systems connections were developed between destination and sources of all services.

The Barnfield Estate project is a transformative development located at the edge of the Barnfield Estate in Greenwich. This initiative is set to provide affordable homes, significantly enhancing the local community and public spaces.

We recently completed a fully coordinated Stage 4 BIM modelling of an office building in London. This is a multi-story office building, comprising of meeting rooms, working spaces, hot desking areas and conference space.

BIM Outsourcing generated and amended the MEP BIM model for all the Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing, Fire Protection services. Clashes among services were resolved by re-routing utilities, changing elevation and re-sizing. 2D AutoCAD drawings were also generated for all services. Value Engineering was also offered to improve system efficiency, reduce costs and easier construction and maintenance.
