The Project has been commissioned by Maidstone Borough Council to develop Innovation Centre on the Kent Medical Campus. The innovation centre is a four story office block, comprising of meeting rooms, working spaces, hot desking areas and conference space.
Heathlands Dementia Care Home is a 66-bed unit offering a mix of long-term elderly mentally infirm and short-term nursing and rehabilitation care. This is a partnership project between Bracknell Forest Council and the East Berkshire Clinical Commissioning Group. The site is set on the former Heathlands Care Home in Bracknell which will be demolished as part of the new development.
BIM Outsourcing delivered spatially coordinated M&E BIM model of Heathlands Dementia Care Home. The team of 5 Engineers produced BIM models of Mechanical and Electrical systems including Plant rooms, risers, ceiling voids and Electrical room. Installation 2D drawings in PDF and DWG format, showing the annotations, dimensions and tagging details were also produced. We worked closely with the Building Services consultants and contactors for clash resolution among various services and coordination. All COBie required parameters are made available and extension sheet is linked in the model. Systems connections were developed between destination and sources of all services.
We are pleased to showcase our involvement in the Hopescourt School project, a newly approved Special Educational Needs and Disabilities (SEND) school located in Walton-on-Thames. This significant initiative, sanctioned by Surrey County Council, addresses the pressing need for local SEND provisions.
We have produces 3D object libraries and Revit families to several product manufacturers and suppliers.
We are excited to present our work on the comprehensive refurbishment and extension of 29 Ludgate Hill, London. This project aimed to enhance the existing structure by improving office floorplates, introducing new building amenities, and providing private and communal terraces while achieving best-in-class sustainability credentials. Despite the project's complexity, the existing structure was retained, and the need for structural reinforcements was minimized.
