2D to 3D conversion

First, we take your 2D files and use Revit software to convert them to a 3D BIM model.

Engineer review and QA

Next, our experienced engineers review the drawings, checking for clashes. At this point they’ll raise any requests for information (RFIs) too.

3D model creation

Once you’ve approved the details, we’ll create the 3D BIM model for all services. We take care to avoid clashes from the start and then run clash detection checks with Navis works.

2D construction and tender-ready drawing creation

From the 3D BIM models, we create your 2D drawings. These Building Construction Drawings are fully coordinated and ready for tender or construction.

Seamless updates

Any changes we make to these 2D drawings automatically update in the BIM Model and vice versa. This removes the need to make multiple manual changes, avoiding human error.
