HVAC Systems for an Office Building
A new office building required developing a BIM model due to the complex nature of the project.
We created 3D model of the HVAC systems and coordinated BIM model among all the trades (Architecture, Structure, Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing, Fire Protection, etc.). Clashes among services were eradicated by re-routing utilities, changing elevation and re-sizing. We produced 2D tender drawings, rendered images and information was produced to LOD 300.
